Order Processing and Delivery Time
When your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Our standard delivery time for continental U.S. orders is 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that weekends and public holidays may affect these timelines, as our carriers do not operate on these days.
Potential Delays
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or postal service disruptions can cause delays in shipping. While we do our best to prevent any delays, we appreciate your understanding of these situations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours to receive this number. You can use this number to track your order's progress and estimated delivery date through our website's order-tracking system
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we currently do not offer international shipping. In addition, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes due to carrier restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delayed Orders
If you have not received your shipment 8 business days after the order confirmation date, here are some steps to take:
- Check your email for the tracking number and verify the shipping status of your order.
- If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management.
- If there's no update or if it has exceeded the expected delivery date, please contact us at team@wassinutrition with your order number and tracking details. Our customer service team will investigate the matter and provide you with a resolution as soon as possible.
